Testimonials

“I was having issues with my old truck, and decided to stop in at Dorsch Ford to look for a new to me SUV. I ended up purchasing a gold certified Bronco Sport from Jen Kaufman. She was able to get me into a vehicle with the exact options I wanted, and exactly what I was hoping to get for my trade. Jen, and the team at Dorsch also somehow managed to get me out the door with my new vehicle same day without even asking when I would be able to take it home. By far one of the best salesman I have worked with over the years, and the best experience I have had with a dealership; and that is coming from someone who has worked in a dealer as a technician for most of my career.”

“Great communication and service from the start with the salesperson Seth and the sales manager Cody and I sure won’t forget the finance manager Carin…the transaction went even smoother. This is probably my best experience after purchasing 100’s of vehicles…thank you Dorsch Ford.”

“Very nice, clean atmosphere with very friendly helpful technicians. I went in for an oil change as the five minute place did not do a good job at all. Dorsch Ford was much much better and actually less money. Thank you-to all staff involved.”

“I recently had to bring my car in to get serviced for running boards not working properly. Doug at the service desk was extremely helpful in having a loaner vehicle ready for me. He also was friendly and efficient with his communication. I would recommend the Lincoln service department to anyone who owns a Lincoln. I felt well taken care of!”

“I had such a great experience leasing my Kia Sportage Hybrid from Dorsch! I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted in an SUV when I first started looking, but TK was so nice and helpful when I test drove a Ford Bronco Sport with him. When I came back another day, TK wasn’t there, but Mike took great care of me. Mike test drove a Kia Sportage with me and was incredibly patient while we ran numbers and answered all of my questions about leasing versus buying. He worked with me to get to a monthly payment I was comfortable with, and I never felt pressured throughout the process. TK also helped me at the end by going through my new Kia with me and getting everything set up. Caleb in Finance was also very nice and took the time to answer every question I had. Everyone I worked with was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dorsch to my friends and family! Thank you TK, Mike, and Caleb for making the whole experience so easy!” ??

“My husband and I are thrilled with the experience we received at Dorsch when we were interested in the Lincoln Aviator. First impressions were incredible with their gorgeous, chicly decorated, immaculate showcase! The royal treatment we received from Eben truly made us feel important. Eben has great communication skills and was very helpful in answering our questions and listening to our concerns about our needs and desires in a vehicle. We HIGHLY recommend Dorsch for anyone looking to purchase a safe, reliable, luxurious vehicle.”
