Bilingual Sales Consultant

Y &D Corp. d/b/a Dorsch Ford, Green Bay, Wisconsin, is looking for a Bilingual Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist. Duties include the analysis of the new and used automotive marketplace to identify trends and evaluate strengths and weaknesses in reaching target markets, specifically the growing Spanish speaking demographic, develop marketing strategies to drive sales and outperform competitors. Responsible for producing regular marketing/sales videos.
REQUIRES: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field, with an emphasis in management or marketing; and ability to speak and write in Spanish and English.

Job Responsibilities
- Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Determine each guest's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospective customers
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer upgrade
- Keep abreast of incoming inventory, new features and optional accessories, etc.
- Build strong rapport with customers and have a service-minded mentality
- Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles
- Demonstrate all vehicle technology, features and options at the time of purchase to ensure customers fully understand their vehicle
- Utilize the company CRM (customer relationship management) system to organize, track and stay connected with customers to best meet their needs
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Attend sales meetings and complete training offered by the dealership and manufacturers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses

- Repair and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Remove and replace damaged body panels
- Bolt or weld on replacement parts
- Straighten damaged or bent automobile and light truck frames

Our diesel mechanics work in the comfort of an air-conditioned and heated shop on medium size trucks, F250, F350, F450. Diesel mechanics perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency, and in accordance with dealership standards. They are responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Technicians at Dorsch are provided with uniforms and laundry service.

Collections Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the aging and recency of all outstanding receivables, attempting to reduce the percent of payments in various aging buckets
- Help work with past due customers to develop a plan to get their account current in a reasonable time frame
- Solicit and take payments from customers on all outstanding vehicle balances, including in-person cashiering and customer training on kiosk payments
- Make collection phone calls and enter notes in the collections CRM, including updating customer address, employer and contact information
- Suggest preparation and sending of Right to Cure letters
- Enter all new loans into the collections CRM
- Enter new inventory into the collections CRM
- Updating account with return mail and filing: bankruptcy notations
- Oversee daily banking functions and review ACH chargebacks/NSF
- Process insurance updates and sending of compliance letters
- Meet collection goals including delinquency targets and cash collections
- Continuously improve collection rates and maximize recovery dollars
- Make process improvement recommendations
- Ensure adherence to all corporate policies and procedures

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of diesel and commercial vehicles in a brand-new, air-conditioned shop. With a strong backlog of work, you'll have consistent hours and steady workflow. The ideal candidate is a skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and vehicle systems
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
- Complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance services and vehicle inspections
- Accurately document work performed on repair orders
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair status
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to operate a vehicle hoist safely and effectively
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a shop environment for extended periods
Preferred Experience
