Just like Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia East, Dorsch West offers complementary soda and coffee to all of our guests and Free WIFI! Our customer lounge features comfortable seating and televisions for all our guests. Dorsch West is located near many restaurants and coffee shops as well, giving you the option to grab a bite to eat while you wait. Our West side technicians have many years of experience which will allow you the piece of mind when bringing your vehicle to this location! Even though Dorsch West is still newer to the area we have built a reputation on the pride we have in helping customers for all of their service needs.

**Please note that the West Side location cannot complete ANY warranty work on your Ford, Lincoln or Kia vehicle. All warranty work must be completed at the East Side location. Thank you for your understanding**

Here at Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia on the East Side of Green Bay we are able to work on any makes and models to get your vehicle the care it deserves. Our experienced team of friendly and professional service technicians can solve any problem that your vehicle may face. Our service technicians know how to handle everything from oil changes to rebuilding your engine because we are a full service shop. Our services do not stop there! We also have a full collision center that can make your vehicle look like new again. At Dorsch, near Appleton and Pulaski, we believe in treating our customers the way that we would want to be treated. That is why we always take the time to explain your service to you. We want to make sure that you know what is going on with your Ford, Lincoln, Kia, or other model!

Besides having factory trained technicians to work on your vehicle to keep it in tip top shape, we also offer a shuttle service (see schedule below) in Green Bay and beyond, because we understand that you have a busy schedule and may not be able to sit and wait! In our customer lounge we also have a kid's play area that allows your little ones to be entertained while you wait. We offer soda and coffee free of charge to all of our guests.
