As a sales associate at Dorsch, you will help people find the car that they love to drive and fully meets their family's needs. You will perform cost-benefit analyses to help customers make the best decision with regard to make, model, vehicle options and finance products. With the utilization of time management and organization skills, you will be able to continue to serve existing customers while establishing relationships with new potential guests. Responsibilities:
- Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Determine each guest's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospective customers
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer upgrade
- Keep abreast of incoming inventory, new features and optional accessories, etc.
- Build strong rapport with customers and have a service-minded mentality
- Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles
- Demonstrate all vehicle technology, features and options at the time of purchase to ensure customers fully understand their vehicle
- Utilize the company CRM (customer relationship management) system to organize, track and stay connected with customers to best meet their needs
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Attend sales meetings and complete training offered by the dealership and manufacturers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a valid and clean driver's license
- Must be comfortable with commission based compensation
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you to work every day
- Must be self motivated and have a desire to want to assist others
- Must be available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
