Service Technician

We just completed construction on our new addition. We are excited to add some technicians to our new service team.

  • Work on new and used vehicles
  • Work alongside other technicians (electrical, steering, engine work, diagnosis, suspension, routine maintenance)
  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
  • Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications


  • High school diploma
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Kia experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Math, reading, and computer skills
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Must have personal tools or be able to acquire them
  • Ability to work on all types of vehicles
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Sales Associate

As a sales associate at Dorsch, you will help people find the car that they love to drive and fully meets their family's needs. We strive to create a one of a kind shopping experience tailored personally to each customer. With an exceptional knowledge base on all vehicles, you will be able to provide quick and accurate information. You will perform cost-benefit analyses to help customers make the best decision with regard to make, model, vehicle options and finance products. With the utilization of time management and organization skills, you will be able to continue to serve existing customers while establishing relationships with new potential guests. The goal of our sales team is to maintain long lasting and positive relationships with customers in our community.   • Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot

  • Determine each guest's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening

  • Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospective customers

  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer upgrade

  • Keep abreast of incoming inventory, new features and optional accessories, etc.

  • Build strong rapport with customers and have a service-minded mentality

  • Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles

  • Demonstrate all vehicle technology, features and options at the time of purchase to ensure customers fully understand their vehicle

  • Utilize the company CRM (customer relationship management) system to organize, track and stay connected with customers to best meet their needs

  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards

  • Attend sales meetings and complete training offered by the dealership and manufacturers

  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid and clean driver's license

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Must  be comfortable with commission based compensation

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Must bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you to work every day

  • Must be self motivated and have a desire to want to assist others

  • Must be available to work flexible hours & Saturdays

  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Job Type: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $45,000 to $130,000 /year

Alignment Technician

  • Checks tires and tire air pressure; replaces tires as needed
  • Perform wheel alignments checks
  • Correct wheel alignments
  • Replace parts as needed
  • Performs multi-point inspections
  • Inspects fluid levels
  • Completes pre-delivery inspection on new cars
  • Replaces oil and air filters
  • Recommends services based on findings from thorough inspection


  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Prior experience as a lube technician preferred
  • Automotive 2 year degree preferred
