Kia goes off the Beaten Path and Unveils the Stinger

The Detroit Auto Show this year brought many interesting new concepts and pre-production vehicles. Ford, for example, officially announced that they will be bringing back the Ford Ranger in 2019 and the Ford Bronco in 2020. It has been said that both vehicles will be made in our neighbor state of Michigan. Kia on the other hand, went off the beaten path and did something they have never done before: make a true sports car. They call it the Kia Stinger, and being true to a sports car it will be offered in RWD (or AWD), and make up to 365 horsepower when paired with the 3.3 litre twin turbo V6! The only thing missing from the Kia Stinger is a manual transmission. Instead Kia opted to use an automatic transmission with paddle shifters. Kia also allows the driver to switch between several driving modes, the one we are most excited for of course is sport! There has been no official release date for the Kia Stinger, but we are expected to see them sometime late Fall of 2017. Until then we will keep you up to date with any updates!
